Refund Policy

Effective October 11, 2026 · applies once paid plans launch

If a paid plan isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period.

• First payment: a full refund if you ask within 14 days, whether monthly or yearly.
• Renewals: not refunded. Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep your plan until the period ends.
• Yearly plans after 14 days: we'll consider a pro-rated refund if something on our side stopped the site working for you.
• Charged by mistake (a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled): always refunded.
• Where the law gives you more (for example the EU's 14-day withdrawal right), the law wins.

To ask for a refund, email admin@theguitarscales.com from the address you signed in with. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund your account moves to the free Account plan; nothing you saved is deleted.
